Jean Rae Baxter

Jean Rae Baxter (née Fox) was born in Toronto and grew up in Hamilton, Ontario. She earned a B.A. and M.A. in English from the University of Toronto and a B.Ed from Queen's University. Baxter taught high school English in the Kingston area before returning to Hamilton, where she now lives.
