Lawrence Hill

Lawrence Hill was born in 1957 in Newmarket, Ontario and grew up in Don Mills. He earned a B.A. in economics from Laval University in 1980 and an M.A. in writing from Johns Hopkins University in 1992. Hill has worked as a journalist for The Globe and Mail and The Winnipeg Free Press and lives in Burlington, Ontario.
