Brad Kelln

Dr. Brad Kelln was born in Calgary, Alberta and earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Calgary in 1998. He works as a clinical and forensic psychologist with the East Coast Forensic Hospital and is a special consultant on hostage negotiation to the Halifax Regional Police and the Nova Scotia RCMP. Kelln lives in Nova Scotia.
