Jeanette Ramnarine was born on 8 June 1975 in Richmond Hill, Ontario and grew up Prince Edward County. She has been involved in children's education as a music teacher for 14 years and is the CEO of Four Piggies Publishing. Ramnarine and her family currently reside in Belleville, Ontario.
