Marilyn Bowering
Marilyn Bowering was born in 1949 in Winnipeg, Manitoba and grew up in Victoria, British Columbia. She earned a B.A. in 1971 and an M.A. in English literature in 1973 from the University of Victoria and taught creative writing there for a time. Bowering has also written plays for radio and stage. She lives in Sooke, B.C.
