Paul Quarrington was born 22 July 1953 in Toronto, Ontario and grew up in Don Mills. An accomplished musician, he also wrote screenplays, stage plays, and teleplays, including several for the TV show, Due South. Quarrington died on 21 January 2010 of lung cancer.
